When talking about bucket lists, my friend Jan discussed our common interests in spiritual places as well as people for us to see and experience. Among them his holiness the Dali Lama came up in conversation. So on May 3 of this year we went for a wonderful visit with him at USC. This was a great way to spend time with a good friend while exploring our passions.
Our entire experience during and after our event with the Dali Lama was filled with heightened magical-like awareness and happenings. While staying in Santa Monica, CA people were very kind, turning in lost keys, taking time to make way for others, etc. It was very refreshing. And, we noticed our own energy which all seemed to evolve out of the visit with the Dali Lama and his message for “Kindness” along with his perspective on Secular Ethics, Human Values & Society…
